Powered by a strategic grasp of the emerging build-to-rent (BTR) market, and supported by a multilingual, multi-channel campaign, including tailored Chinese-language activations, the launch quickly delivered results, achieving 85% occupancy within its first 10 weeks and set bold new standards for city living.
