When the London 2012 Olympic Torch Relay planned to bypass a leading hospitality group’s flagship venues, we stepped in to protect their bottom line.

Through strategic negotiation with LOCOG, Coca-Cola (an Olympic sponsor and key supplier), and regional authorities, we secured an unprecedented detour that brought the Relay and its celebrations directly through our client’s doors.

The result? Thousands on the streets, live BBC broadcasts from the venues, and over 12,000 people through the tills in just one day. A bold and entrepreneurial move that converted Olympic momentum into a landmark commercial win.
